Meet Shawn
I am a Professional Certified Dog Walker through dog*biz, taught by Linda McVay, CSS, CDW and Andrea Stone, CSS, CDW of UCLA in Seattle (University Canine Learning Academy). I am committed to keeping the dogs and cats in my care safe. My certification includes pet CPR and First Aid. I adhere to the dog*tec Business Code of Ethics. Shawn Kelley, CDW I worked for several years in an office until 2009. I felt guilty that I couldn't be home with my dog and oftentimes didn't have the energy when I came home to adequately walk and play with him. I understand that people are busy and need to focus at work without the worry and guilt about their dog at home. I love taking care of my clients' dogs - walking and pet sitting. Adequate daily exercise helps them be easier to live with. Staying healthy is important to me. I know the health of your dog is important to you. Wouldn't you love to have a happy, calm dog greet you after a long day? I am a native Oregonian, raised in Portland. Growing up, I had several pets, mostly dogs and cats. As an adult, I've had six cats and two beautiful dogs - Strike, my Husky, and Riley my Yellow Lab. I have wonderful grand dogs that I can't love on enough! And now I've expanded my business to Bend, Oregon. I can't wait to meet your dogs and cats!
